We install the two brands we genuinely trust. As a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer, and as a Vaillant installer, we can fit boilers that carry a 10-year guarantee as standard, and up to 12 years on some models.
A boiler is only as good as the installation behind it, so we size the system to your home rather than upselling output you'll never use. You get the reasoning before the quote, the work done cleanly, and a proper handover so you know how to run it.

Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Pentaburgh is Gas Safe registered, so every gas appliance we install, service or repair is handled legally and safely. We're also fully insured, with public liability cover of up to £2 million.
Do you take emergency or reactive call-outs?
Yes. Reactive plumbing and heating work is a core part of what we do: leaks, breakdowns, no heating or no hot water. We're not marketed as a 24-hour service, but Lewis is happy to take your call outside standard hours and will tell you honestly when he can get to you.
What guarantee do I get on the work?
All of our workmanship is covered by a 12-month guarantee. On new boiler installations you also get a manufacturer guarantee of 10 years as standard, and sometimes up to 12 years depending on the model fitted.
Which boilers do you install?
We're a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer and we install Vaillant boilers too. Those are the two brands we stand behind, because we know their reliability and the level of guarantee they carry.
Do you use subcontractors for bathrooms?
No. Our bathroom work is handled by our own in-house team, from strip-out through tiling and electrics to the final seal. You get one point of contact for the whole job rather than chasing separate trades.
